Hi Laura! Loved The Implications and was playing the CD this morning while cleaning the house. You're voice is so inspiring! I've always wondered what happened to the band and wow, here you are! Wonderful children's music.
Thanks for all the good memories. I probably saw The Implications a handful of times in 1993-94! Loved every show!

As a lover of fun, original music I find you an amazing singer/songwriter. As an educator, I'm thrilled to learn that you teach kids with your gifts! My hubby & I discovered your music playing in Portland this summer at the Monkey & Rat. Got your CD, "greatest hits",etc. Ever get to Georgia? Eddie's Attic in Decatur would be a great venue for you, methinks.

I discovered your cd at the library my four year old has listened to it everyday since we have had it and so has the whole family,we love it!! You are brilliant, you really are. Used to work at the Downtown Jazz and Blues Club in Orlando FL in 1994-5...loved the Implications, always wondered what happened and have tried to find a copy of that album since, but with no luck...take care, glad you're doing well...

me and my girl maddie (22 months) are your biggest fans. i'm sure of it. after each song on your cd(s) she claps, says "yea! mo! mo! mamma, mo!" until the next song plays. . .

Laura, I discovered your music today by listening to samples on CD Baby. I've spent a great deal of my life writing material for children as well as performing my grown-up stuff. A kind of UK kindred spirit! I think your work is of the highest quality!

Laura- We met at some bizarre bluegrass festival in Oklahoma a few years back. I just 'rediscovered' your CD "A Bakers Dozen" and it is truly brilliant! Happy to see you new pup up here... thanks for bringing a smile to my face (again)!

Your show at Ruta Maya on Sept 23rd was just awesome. My one and a half year old son LOVED it, and I did too. Really enjoyed your energy, your fun and silly spirit and your thoughtful and wise lyrics disguised as kid stuff. It was our favorite Ruta Maya kids show ever!
